I'd say no. James hasn't had nearly the career Ibra has. That being said still a big time signing. If we signed ibra in Jan he would've roundhouse kicked Siggy into next year

Can you imagine we signed him. Like we can give it this “Everton that, we’re so unlucky bla bla” but how many other teams could finish 12th, TWELTH, and then sign actual James Rodríguez?
