City can casually pay 41m for a centre half and it isn't a major signing for them. Most other clubs cannot afford to do that.

Surely if can afford over 30 mil on deadline day for iwobi why not stretch it a bit further and actually sign a football player that will walk into our starting 11...

What is Lewis Ferguson of Aberdeen like? His name is new to me.

20 year old, Scottish player. Think he came up through Rangers Academy. About 30 starts a season over the past two years for Aberdeen. From memory, about 5 goals and 15 assists over that time. Good stamina, size and strength. I like his mobility and willingness to put in a challenge. Positive range of passing. Shields the ball well in possession. No where near the finished article but I like his upside.

I've got a feeling City will use him as a replacement for Fernandinho, with the option of playing CB. But predominantly playing defensive midfield.
