When Liverpool win the league, the narrative is ‘what it means/will do for this city’.

This city has two clubs. The other club has a huge, dedicated fanbase within the city and do not want to be associated with them tramps in any way.

Why do the media push this agenda for them? It means nothing for most of this city.

What baffles me is yes the lad, or lads that done it are absolute scumbags. The people around and cheering are not much better - but its the full scale propaganda defence, without any evidence or the facts thats disgraceful. You have news outlets, local papers, national papers, notable or famous fans and the rest of them all denying something that was then caught on video on a few separate occasions.

Its proper cult behaviour. They would actually be respected more if they all come out and let rip into the small minority of 'fans' and distanced them from the club. Every club has their idiots and considering the size of the city and their fan base, most did stay away. Even the gathering which is disgusting, has been seen all over the country, but Instead of a balanced view, they all rally around and defend the indefensible.
