Like many mate, I am slightly bewildered what we can and cant do. So I just do nothing I havnt been doing for weeks anyrate.

Same, i started a new job last month so haven't met any of my new colleagues yet my boss wanted me go in last week, but i said no.

Myself and my partner haven't seen any family for months because pretty much all of them are vulnerable.

I don't understand why people are so weak that they can't just stay indoors for a couple of months. This could have been nearly all over by now if the government acted fast and people weren't so stupid and selfish.

No chance that they'll do that now before the RS have won that title. There is no sense that says the league should be continuing in a week or two or whatever it is.

The member of staff and presumably his or her family need to isolate for 7 days. That member of staff will be tested after 7, if still positive they continue isolating, if negative i assume they can return to work.
The rest of Spurs dont need to isolate because they will have all be tested negative.
