I know its all about money, but such illustrious company...
Looks like we're pretty much their highest profile customer as of now.

Given that the Umbro deal was £6m a year and this is said to be £10m a year thats an improvement, but we are understandably miles behind the value of the deals that the champions league level clubs get. I am just glad the club have not signed a really long deal, 3 years is about as long as you would want any contract. If we were to get i nto the champions league we could be looking at 3 times that amount, spurs deal with Nike is £30m a season

I don't really care who makes the kits to be honest as I don't buy the stuff, but i'm not sure what difference people think being the main customer of Hummel will make? I mean, with all due respect, they're Hummel. If we were the main customer of Nike that's massive, because it brings us huge exposure, but being the main customer of Hummel means what exactly? They'll push us really hard on all those TV adverts they have? All the superstar players who wear their boots will be linked to us?

It's double the money of the last deal, that's all that matters really, and turning our noses up at that sort of increase would be daft. Let's not try and pretend that being the biggest club they're linked with is a good thing for any reason though, it's the opposite if anything.

I think 3 years was silly myself 1-2 years would be enough.

Guess that's exactly why it's only a 3 year deal. We're still beggars at the moment.

I went through a collection of their other clients started with the “bigger” clubs and worked down to get a sense of their kits

honestly not inspired which is a shame as i was excited to see what they could do, but they either fall between bland or weird and ridiculous... the muscle armour one for example(n)

thought i’d attach some examples for those interested
