1) All the jobs you are listing are necessary for the country to keep going. Football isn't
2) Playing a contact sport where players are deep breathing, in each others faces, and climbing all over each other makes it much more likely that this virus will be transmitted, compared to just standing near someone.
3) Deeney didn't mention it, but its not just the footballers who would be put at risk - Referees, linesman, physios, managers, kit men etc etc are all part of this equation.
edit: and 4) If a player gets the virus and then recovers, it could still affect the rest of their career.
