Its hardly being used, they have a tent outside.

Maybe it is being scaled back then, i saw it about 10 days ago and there was no way football was being played, at least 8 tents setup then.

Anyone else really not missed football?

All this has done is highlight to me how grotesque the Premier League has become. Money first, shame second all the way.

I love Everton. I always will and I look forward to the next time I can go to Goodison. But my word, while people are dying horribly all around the world and no one but the 0.0001% who profit from the PL is asking for its return, the way they keep sinking to new lows never ceases to amaze.

Part of me thinks football needs a mass extinction event. Rebuild it from the ground up -- perhaps with some connection to the working class people who popularised the game in the first place.
That was the zeitgeist about three weeks ago. We have now moved on to playing the league to its ultimate conclusion as it will raise morale of the NHS workers as they will enjoy this better than any payrise or adequate funding for protective workplace measures.

BBC announcement : The PL will resume via the form of a game of lifesize table football on the Isle of Man

UPDATe every team will walk out to YNWA out of respect to the RS inventing the NHS and penicillin

Havent missed it. Said it before Love Everton Hate Football .
i think Sky are gambling on everyone buying the new proposed format whatever joke of a concept they come up with and may even think they will get new subscribers sign up to watch it out of desperation.
At the moment they have cut their monthly fees as no live sport is on. Soon as this circus they are concocting starts they can hike back up the costs. But I wont pay it no way.
I would rather watch Aldo apply ointment to his rams banjo than that. Its all about money and it stinks of shid to me

This will go down well whilst NHS workers are having to queue up to get tested......

The league would also need up to 40,000 tests for players and staff if plans to play the outstanding games behind closed doors are pursued.

They've barely been able to hit that target across the country for key workers (actual Tests, not Matt Hancock 'tests')

Just another reason why this absolutely won't happen.

Emirates
London Stadium
Amex
St Mary's
King Power
Villa Park
Old Trafford
Etihad
Wembley
St Georges Park

I hope that the teams that regularly play in those grounds don't get to play any matches at home. I remember reading something about being played at neutral stadia but you can just imagine 'scheduling issues' mean utd have to play 3 of the 9 at OT and so on.

What they say? Was washing my hands for 20 seconds.

To be totally fair as per the briefings not a great deal was said . it was Andy Dunn from the mirror , or used to be ,asking about finishing the season behind closed and whether the government like it . Basically the government seem to support that , as I think we suspected , but his follow up was along the lines of will there be crowds until there‘s a vaccine and the answer was “ We’re also looking at therapeutics and test track trace ,will be guided by the science” . Admittedly a stock answer but in all honesty it felt like “don’t expect to be in a ground for a while “

Genuinely haven't missed it in the slightest.

But for me that includes Everton. Just lost all interest.
