If Moyes does bring him back, most likely on loan, it'll be interesting to see how the supporters really react.

I think that would be the most likely things to happen, there's no way most fans would agree to buy him now, but going down the same route as last year is his only chance!

But that all depend on Moyes and with Osman out for a while, that's why there is a chance it might happen!]

More likely if there is any truth in this article, probably not though!

I don't think it would be a problem to begin with.

Can he make our squad better? Yes.

Can he give us the cutting edge we need in the middle of the park? Yes.

Can he give us the creativity and possession needed if Arteta has an off night or is injured? Yes.

Can he help us crack the top three? Yes.

Is he worth 10+ million?

Fernandes has the manager he deserves, his former boss at Benfica...........tough [Poor language removed]

Is he worth 10+ million?

No but then my guess is Moyes, if looking at a permanent deal, wouldn't come anywhere near that figure.

Seriously, if this were to really happen, we're probably talking another loan deal with option to buy.

Shouldn't hold grudges. Maybe his head was turned by more money, nicer climate, a better prospect, language barrier may be easier for him in Spain than England. Maybe his agent told him he had to move to Valencia. Maybe he informed the chairman that he was going to Valencia and they have covered it up.

Were all far too quick to judge because we presume to know when in reality we don't know full facts.

Woah there, the facts were, he and his representatives shook hands on a deal with EFC chairman BK promising to sign the following day. They did this in the full knowledge that if valencia offered more he would go there. That evening they flew to Valencia and signed, the first EFC knew about it was a press release from Valencia..........screw him and his associates. You cannot simply jump on a plane to Valencia at such short notice, they had tickets in their pockets

You're probably right. But then again, Moyes has pretty much proven himself in the transfer market so I trust that he would be shrewd about it if he ever wanted to bring him back.

Maybe he was on stand by.

if he came back - first id get him on loan, and pay o more than £12 million for him - probably not even £10 million.

The fans, i think, will be devided about the signing, but after hes done his skill thing and ripped 5 players everybody will like him again. He is the player we need...but will Moyes be brave enough to try and get him again?
