So, in the midst of all this chaos and death, exactly why are you banging on about finishing the Premier League? Answers on a postcard, please.

Because I keep getting tagged into conversations where either a) I’m asked a question, usually a rhetorical one but a dig all the same b) Someone is misrepresenting something I’ve said or c) Someone is making inaccurate or incorrect assumption about something I’ve said.

If you are bothered enough to look back, the vast majority of my posts on this subject are responses.

Most other posters on this forum post in a variety of threads just as you described, which I agree is normal in times such as these.

It’s not a chip, far from it. Quite happy to respond to defend my points and maintain the dialogue if people choose to engage that’s up to them

Hmm. A quick check of your posting history shows that going back to early March you post in this thread, the club statement cv thread and should Liverpool be awarded the title thread.

Analysis reveals that given the current situation you have a very strange posting habit.

OK, I suppose based on your extensive “analysis”..... we’re overlooking the posts in the depression thread, the Today’s Football thread, or threads about DCL, Digne, Iwobi, Sigurdsson, Bernard or about retro PC games, or the countless posts in the most recent Chelsea match thread......

If we are discounting all those, then sure, I guess the main threads I’ve posted in are actually this one and the main CoronaVirus thread in the main forum - my reason for that (whether or not you deem it good enough, I don’t really care) is simply because that’s all that’s going on in the world right now.

half my family are reds and I relish the banter, wit and convo I have with them. Personally I don’t think that Posters on here would be too upset if you came out.

“The right thing” in this case being: announcing that I actually support Liverpool and have done all along?

Bizarre suggestion I know, but what do I do if I’m actually a blue mate?

Letters going out tomorrow telling 1.5 million peope to self isolate for 12 weeks,this takes us to 8th June. Do you think the authorities will allow sport to go ahead with social gathering whilst people are still in isolation? I dont think so imo. I think we will be lucky to start anything before the end of the summer.
