ECHO Comment: "Fears of Witch-hunt Against Liverpool FC" part 3

They are not a great team. Nowhere near it.

It's a pony PL with very little competition this season outside of a disenchanted City team sickened by the use of VAR to deny them for months before they finally gave up the ghost on making it 3-in-a-row. The lack of pressure resulted in that lot running up win after win. Simple as that.

In Europe they've struggled again to find any form early in the competition; an environment where the officials simply aren't interested in pacifying them...unlike in the PL.

If Atletico get a goal at Anfield, I dont fancy Liverpool getting three, regardless what they've done in the past.

Couldn't agree more. Amazing how many games you can lose when the majority of 50/50's don't go your way.

Klopp is a very good manager, they lucked out getting him, you take quite a few of those players out of his system and coaching and into a Man U or Chelsea and the likes and they'd look bang average.

I have respect for what Klopp has done there, he's polished a few turds for sure.
