Generally I take the free market approach--high demand is hard to ignore. But in this case I think they fit the question at hand, as they're more highly regarded than should be by sober and free-thinking individuals.

Then again, if this is the criteria, then let's throw the entire "House music" genre in contention. Without psychotropic drugs, this is 2nd rate coffee shop music.

Read Ozzys book. Died when they stopped near small airport to refuel etc, think they were in the backend of nowhere. Turned out the coach driver had a pilot licence so they all went up for turns in a small plane (bar Ozzy who was asleep throughout it all). Turns out the coach drivers ex wife was on the coach as part of the entourage and he was on shed loads of coke and decided to try and hit her with the plane when she stepped off the coach. Obv required a dipping crazy manoeuvre that ended up with the plane clipping the bus and crashing into a deaf mans house. Ozzy woke at that point and actually went and saved the deaf man from the burning house everyone on the plane died though.
