They'll just appeal and get a fine. UEFA rarely holds up their own punishments. Or they'll go to that independent court and it'll get quashed

That's the way it will work out mate. UEFA are trying too look tough on FFP, but they know City will appeal to the Court of Arbitration for Sport, and they'll overturn the ban but uphold the fine.

Manchester City have been banned from European club competition for the next two seasons after being found to have committed "serious breaches" of Uefa's club licensing and financial fair play regulations.

The reigning Premier League champions have also been fined 30m euros (£25m).

The decision is subject to appeal to the Court of Arbitration for Sport.

Manchester City said they were "disappointed but not surprised" by the announcement and will appeal.

We will defo benefit if its upheld.

How will depend on many factors.
Also these could be ripe for picking decent players from.
