Next four games will tell us how much we have improved
;
Arsenal away
Manchester United home
Chelsea away
Liverpool home

Top four place hardly within reach this season - but it certainly has been a strange one so far.

Exciting 4 games ahead, Chelsea away should be hardest tbf, let’s go in to arsenal wanting 3 points rather than a point and all home games we should be looking to win especially against the RS and united

First two in that list are top clubs in name only, switch their kits out with another mid table team and you couldn’t tell.

already beaten Chelsea once.

not expecting 9/9 points but not afraid either

Strange game I thought, we’ve played better and got nothing, but that’s football
What I took from the game
Siggy continues to hide
Digne is way overrated

Richarlison is superb
DCL is improving greatly still, delighted for him
Holgate has improved massively and is fast becoming Mr versatile and Mr reliable.

Take aways from today;

1. Pickford just isn't good enough. Yes he can make a worldie but his level of consistency is poor. Needs to be replaced.

2. Not convinced at all about the experiment of Sidibe playing right midfield.

3. Carlo might just get a tune out of Schneiderlin

4. Richarlison is the only player that we have with X factor.

5. We dodged a bullet not signing Zaha .

6. Palace are absolutely woeful.

I am even less convinced about his defensive qualities as a right full back.

Not quite. Not the same type of player.

Brought to play in mid, but certainly not to take on the role Gueye played.

Thought he was a box to box midfielder, not sure what actual role Gueye, played, he was just brilliant at it.
Anyway he has pace, youth and energy, Gueye had two of those qualities and a lot more. We could really do with pace and energy in midfield. Hope that Gomes adds the composure.
