We don't have the options in the centre of the pitch, it's on that pairing to to try and work together and not be anonymous and play the same role.

Carlo talked about rotating Holgate for the Newcastle game but then Keane was sick so he couldn't. So this doesn't surprise me.

Midfield options were not good. So I can't complain.

Not all surprised Iwobi sat this one out after returning from injury.

Coleman in at right back does surprise me though. He notoriously struggles badly against Zaha.

Too long we had managers playing the same 11 regardless of form. If Keane has been training well and better than Holgate he should get to start. It sets the tone for the rest of the squad that you have to keep at it 100% to keep your place.
