The world has changed in a short space of time. If we lived on that net spend with our scouting team we would be in the championship now.

Not saying we have spent well, we have spent terrible. The whole transfer picture has dramatically changed. If your now known to have money, you are getting fleeced.

We need a plan. Moyes had one and that's why we were so consistent while he was here. Moshiri has come in and fired money everywhere but it means nothing without direction.

The denominating factor is that we won absolutely nothing during either period.
