Klipperty wont play their kids he'll have a mix of experience and youth with big hitters on bench. If he plays the kids as he did against Villa we'll beat them easily and I don't think he'll risk that. To be fair to him he has always respected us never takes us for granted and always talks about the importance of the derby. I never fancy us but do this time without being over confident.

It wont Villa beat them 5-0 If they play the kids we'll beat them comfortably. He won't risk it and he respects us too much

I'm not so sure. That first 15 minutes Villa could have seen them two goals up. If that happens against us at Anfield we would struggle to get it back. Take nothing for granted no matter what team they play.

I’d love to be a fly on the wall for when the players and managers meet up and talk about this game. What could be said that hasn’t already been said over last 20 years. How do you motivate them.

Nothing for granted agree, but if they the same side as they did against Villa they wont beat us. As I said they'll play a fairly strong team with big hitters on the bench.

I'd imagine so. I've seen us fail at Anfield for over 20 years now, makes it difficult for me to imagine any different on Sunday.

I suspect that only one of the front three will be playing from the start: Mané and Salah are their main goalscorers, so I suspect they'll be given a rest.

Will both or either of their full backs play? Again, these two are a huge part of how they play, so they may look at resting these if they have suitable alternatives.

There'll be changes in midfield as well, with one of either Henderson or Wijnaldum probably getting a rest as well. I can't see it being many more changes than that.

Regardless of what he says, he will not want to lose their winning run (and more so against us), so it'll probably be changed but not too much.

Unfortunately however, they've already shown that their second string XI can often stifle us, and as a result I doubt Klopp will be too worried about respecting us.

If all the above is true, it's probably the greatest chance we've had to get a result there in a long term, however I still feel far, far from confident in us doing it.

Hopefully, Carlo can be the difference in motivating the boys and removing the obvious fear factor that we've become entrenched in.
