Usmanov

I’ve always found it strange that he’s never watched an Everton game in person, given he’s a close friend of Moshiri’s.

When he eventually gets here in person, I hope he has his own throne.

Well, I didn;t realise he'd sold up there, tbh.

Still, this is just BS. If he was serious he'd have just done it.

He's either here now and invested in Everton surreptitiously via Moshiri, or he's fishing about for other clubs to invest in.
Yet you’ve posted in this thread 30+ times since it happened, telling us he’s never gonna be coming lol

Not too sure but I can't remember Usmanov getting much of a look in with the Arsenal stadium build but I think that was what got the feud going with Kroenke and our stadium has been a carrot to get involved and will become a bit of a vanity project for him, a bit of an.up yours to Kroenke.

Prob because he bought shares in 2007 and the stadium went into the first phase of building in 2004

Why would Usmanov do that ?
There is nothing in it for him only cost ?
We already know he wanted to buy into Premiership football and it wasn't because he loves Arsenal.
An investment in Everton or any Premiership club offers him the chance to fulfil his dream and make pots of money.
Like he did at Arsenal. Think it was 7 years after completion that the Emirates had paid for itself.

Moshiri arrived in 2016

Usmanov was still at Arsenal actively trying to buy shares until 2018

It's not like Moshiri bought us and his mate suddenly dropped interest in Arsenal and bailed
You’re walking the league and still worry..
let me explain.
Everton became available and was close to being sold to 2 Americans Moore’s and Noel.
Usmanov and Moshiri were getting nowhere with Arsenal and saw Everton as another opportunity.
Moshiri quickly sold his Arsenal shares to Usmanov who then solely owned 30% of Arsenal.
Moshiri, then in Feb 2016 bought a 49.9% stake in Everton.
Usmanov then tried one last attempt to buy out Kroenke which was unsuccessful.
Usmanov finally sold his 30% stake in Arsenal to Kroenke.
He will now turn his full attention to Everton with his partner.
