Carlo won't have Walcott stinking the place out if he's not good enough then he's out end of story

Worrying how we can invite some pressure on ourselves then just go to pot. Thank god they’re too crap to capitalise on it

I haven’t seen the game today but would think we are losing 5-0 reading the comments in here.
Believe me the last 25 minutes were bad. Unable to keep the ball more then 2 seconds. Overrun on the flanks and out jumped in the middle. If they had some quality upfront it would be 4:1

This was always going to be a difficult game. A second goal would do us wonders. We don’t have a central midfielder with a defensive bone in their body right now

After the goal was ruled out, that was the time to take 30 seconds over the restart. Get up the pitch and clear it long. Instead we go short, concede a throw in under pressure and they are lifted and so are the crowd.

Pickford should be making better decisions. Even a couple of minutes later he claims a cross and booms it up the pitch in a no win situation for Calvert Lewin.

Amazing how all it took was them having a goal ruled out and then suddenly our confidence implodes and we can't keep the ball. Don't remember ever seeing one team dominate and then so quickly be battered.
It's unfortunately a by-product of the past three managers: a mental fragility that has become entrenched in the club where we rarely look as clinical as neccessary.

One goal (even a disallowed one) and we collapse into a total mess where our gameplan implodes. How often do we have two average halves, let alone two good?

This is something, along with fitness and technical play, that Carlo and his backroom staff need to work on, and quickly, because we need to be confident to win.
