Also if by some miracle the Everton board actually get this appointment over the line, a thousand thanks will be due to Duncan Ferguson. The time he's afforded the board with the 2 results have given us this opportunity because make no mistake, if we'd have been bummed against Chelsea they would have had Moyes and his cardy in the dugout within a couple of hours.

Just the last two results though might not seem important league wise, could have bought us enough time to grab an absolute winner of a manager in Ancelotti.
