Seems like there are rule changes to the Ballon d'or. Only LFC players are allowed on the voting list. They are also going to retrospectively apply the rule change to wipe out Messi / CR7 awards and replace with the likes of Milan Baros

Yeah, cos they were so good to him after he left.
