Getting on the bus in the morning to go to work, normally 20 minutes door to door, but pulling up to a bus stop where about 50 Koreans are standing there looking like they are waiting for this very bus. Some board the bus and start asking the driver questions, most are still waiting outside as if they are waiting for those inside to pass on some sort of information. There's loads of them. Couple of minutes pass then they decide to all get on... but instead of having a Oyster-style card, they decide to pay in coins, individually, pushing them one by one into the coin machine.
Bus was stationary at the bus stop for over 15 minutes. Every on the bus prior to this incident is seething, heads shaking and tutting all over the place.
Then, every time the driver applied the brakes, even mildly, they all think it's some sort of rollercoaster ride and start giggling loudly and acting all giddy. It's 9:00 am in the morning, shut up.
A sign that it's going to be a bad day.
