Depends whether you want to play it through your TV or not as you can't do that with the Lite.Cant decide on a switch or switch lite.
Cant decide on a switch or switch lite.
The games I've played on Switch are so much more enjoyable on TV and laid back with the controller. You don't have that with the Lite. I'd say pay the extra and get the full Switch.I'm getting a Lite, cba forking out for multiplayer features I'll never use.
Ive always had a soundcard, so I dunno what its like without 1.
Would you ever play it on the telly or just use it as a handheld? I have the original Switch, but I never really play it on the telly.Cant decide on a switch or switch lite.
It’s really good, plus some of the knobhead dialogue choices are genuinely hilarious
Everything about the dialogue and writing is spectacular. I don’t think they have a better and more consistent writing crew in the game. They are my favorite around. The humor is just perfect. The musical score is lovely. The Outer Worlds is tremendous. Really funny, good combat, RPG customisation, well written narrative with likeable characters... has the lot.
The only thing that annoys me is the way enemies sometimes don't look dead when they die.

There are some pretty big flaws (and it did feel a teensy bit rushed), but it was one hell of a return for Obsidian.
Death Stranding is not an objectively bad game. Some won't like it, some will. Seems like those who don't are vastly more vocal about it, even more so from those who haven't played it.
Just for balance's sake.

That is a big part of why I think it was rushed. I bet the story was meant to be a bit longer and some of those extra planets were meant to be available on launch. It’s not that the game didn’t have enough content, but the story was jarringly short. They always work on a budget and all that and I’m sure Microsoft want to monetize it for a little longer.I’m just hoping those planets we don’t hit become available at some point as DLC’s

If Obsidian has their own budget, they would have probably gone all out. I get it on game pass for free, so i can’t really complain. There have been bigger travestiesVery short story so I agree a little disappointing. I hadn’t even reached max level and I was done with no more side quests either.
Yeah there wasn't much in the way of optional end-game challenges. I played on hard and you reach a point where you're just coasting to the end. Still a great game with excellent world design and narrative and characters but I feel if it was fleshed out a bit more it in the mid-to-late game would have been amazing.Very short story so I agree a little disappointing. I think the fact that it was on game pass changed a lot for Outer Worlds and probably hurt it in a way. It’s still a good enough game that people will buy game pass to play it alone, and maybe that entices them to try the other games and keep game pass. In other words, it was an incentive to try game pass so they didn’t spend as much on it as they could have. Obsidian does a pretty good job on a budget.Yeah there wasn't much in the way of optional end-game challenges. I played on hard and you reach a point where you're just coasting to the end.
