ECHO Comment: "Fears of Witch-hunt Against Liverpool FC" part 3

The way they react to the national anthem , I’m all for booing their players

But is it really a surprise their fans boo the national anthem when most of them will have flown to Wembley that day from overseas?

Nothing wrong with not liking the nation anthem. I wouldn't boo it personally but absolutely no way I'd sing it, I don't care what the event is. This is democracy, not North Korea.

Patriotism is doing what you truly believe will benefit your country, not worshipping the people who have the most powerful positions in it.

Jesus Christ. lol

Salah's been playing with an injured ankle, also in a scoring drought and there's no way hes finishing with the golden boot again. I'd rather he played in the derby half fit than Origi who scored a goal that is still being celebrated on Christmas jumpers and goes down as one of the worst howlers.

That's just me though.
The finger of @Prevenger17 is the most damning evidence needed. He's the Buffy of koppite slayers

He directly called out the newspapers and in particular the Daily Fail. His example he used was so blatant they did a quick about turn and the rest of the media followed sharpish due to the fear of being branded racist. The hate was started and perpetuated directly from Anfield - without a doubt. Sterling had all but said this.
Wasn't another black player it
Well said Young Man.
Or woman

Heres the report about it, and a link to the article in The Fail. Seriously, can you actually link where Sterling ‘has all but said’ the hate was started directly from Analfield? The press were, without doubt, giving him a hard time but to say ‘without doubt’ the hate came direct from the RS. Come on mate. Not everything in this life is like a 3-2-1 ’clue’!

Raheem Sterling has spoken out on the alleged racial abuse he suffered during yesterday's game at Stamford Bridge. Chelsea have since announced that they have opened an investigation into the incident.

The Man City winger did not have much to say about last night's incident, but instead drew a correlation between how the media treats black footballers and "racism and aggression" from the stands.
Sterling, who is regularly targeted for criticism by the British tabloids, pointed out the difference in the Daily Mail's reporting of two young City players who bought houses for their respective mothers.

"Regarding what was said at the Chelsea game, as you can see by my reaction I just had to laugh because I don't expect no better."
The Instagram post juxtaposes to screenshots of Daily Mail coverage of Tosin Adarabioyo and Phil Foden each purchasing homes. The headline on the Adarabioyo story does refer to the young man by name — it simply reads "Young Manchester City footballer, 20, on £25,000 a week splashes out on mansion on market for £2.25 million despite having never started a Premier League match."
