So why are people saying it's an assist or a goal every 3 games. I just mentioned it before, when I had a look his goals scored record it's 1 goal every 10 games, and his assists are 1 assist every 6 games, maybe I'm doing or reading it wrong.

Been really impressed with what we've done but to go into the season with 2 and a half centre backs assuming theres nothing that we have missed that's a pretty poor showing. Been obvious we needed one since jags and zouma left. Case of all our eggs in one basket then 'oh bugger' when it doesnt fall into one place?

Not fussed on Delph or Lossl. Don't know much about G'Bamin or Sidibe but I do know I definitely didn't want Iwobi or Rojo.


We have missed an opportunity to close the gap yet again based on what I see so far.

So looks like Gbamin is indeed the plan for the #3 CB. If theres an injury to either of Keane or Mina he slides into CB and either Delph or Schneiderlin takes his spot

Zouma and/or Zaha would have made this window very solid.

Zouma and Iwobi - live with that.
Zaha and Rojo - red cards gallore at both ends of the pitch but ok.

No Centre half and Iwobi though is not exactly what I had in mind today.
