For a similar price we’re signing Rojo.

The £25m realease clause only applies to foreign teams i heard which is why no premier league has/can take advantage of it

Not convinced we need another CM, but Silva obviously does and Franck Kessie for £26m could have been a good deal if Wolves pull it off. Probably helped by already doing the Cutrone deal with Milan. They've bought well again and are a settled side - other than the Europa distraction, I see them as a threat again next season.
