You're at your peak these days Michael. Keep up the outstanding work. The forum needs you. What do those City fans who’ve watched him for years know?!? We’ve got the Street End massive here with their nuanced footballing knowledge to tell us how crap he is having seen him play football twice in the last 5 years.
Delph seems to be what people have been wanting instead of Schneiderlin. More energy - faster. Can tackle.
Never been impressed with him, tbh. Certainly way off being a City-level player.
Are you ever happy with anyone though?Never been impressed with him, tbh. Certainly way off being a City-level player.
I dont know about that. It's just churn. The idea should be to get better in rather than as good as / worse than we have. We’re way off being a City level team so he will be a useful asset to us.
He'd be an improvement over Schneiderlin though, so arguably we'd be better off with him.I dont know about that. It's just churn. The idea should be to get better in rather than as good as / worse than we have.

Reports saying he is on 90000 at City Everton offering him 100000 a week
He's better than Morgan and Davies.I dont know about that. It's just churn. The idea should be to get better in rather than as good as / worse than we have.

Can also play LB/LM/CM.
For 8.5m it might be decent business.
I'm not a fan of Delph but I understand why this signing is being made especially for a low fee of 8.5m, Can certainly be useful to the squad and other areas as you say via leadership.Maybe Silva/Brands attempt at our own cut-rate Milner - utility player with supposed leadership qualities.
