So we seem happy because its 8m, Why?

He's garbage at 8, 20 or 1m

Offers nothing to the first team, will be on over 100k a week and is prone to injuries

Why does he have to play right now? As I don't see Delph getting in the team so what is the point of the transfer. Example is the young Argentina lad who we have struggled to get a visa for so that sort of player.

Because we only have 2 midfielders at the club fit to start Premier League games, they aren’t going to play every single game so who’d be next in line? That Argentinian lad costs double what Delph will, and why couldn’t we sign both anyway?

I don't see the point in signing someone nearly 30 who will want a high wage and won't get in the team.

He will get in the team though won’t he when we have injuries and suspensions and fatigue, you know, those things that happen in footy sometimes that make players unable to play footy.

It does suggest Gueye will be sold. It's very hard to see how we fit all our midfielders in without someone leaving.

He's not a bad player but it's a pretty strange signing.
