The club is VERY aware that we need talented players, just think tho, we could have talented players that also work hard or is that expecting to much?

Maybe if ickle Mola is tired during training he could go for a ickle nap?

I don't see effort problems in matches. He works hard enough. It's only in training that it comes up which is why I'm so hesitant to believe it. I think it's a convenient way for our managers to not risk playing him. Because I'll freely admit he's had some stinkers. Playing him is a risk.
