Martinez and his signings aren't the gold standard and reason to beat Brands with. But people are kidding themselves portraying Brands as having the Midas touch.

Pmsl oh Dave dave are you saying I am lying? There were allegations against him about avoiding tax and national insurance payments. Big scandal. I saw his interview as part of the evidence and he said Everton met his agent but refused to pay the fees the agent wanted.

Wow you actually do think I am lying. Well I know I am telling the truth. Look it up on the BBC if you like the case was reported there. Lord Justice Beatson and Mrs Justice Whipple heard the case. Newcastle, West Ham and Chelsea all raided by HMRC.
