He is charged with failing to provide a roadside breath test without reasonable excuse.
The ex-Reds frontman is also charged with failing to provide a breathalyzer test at Blacon Police Station.

The trial will be heard before District Judge Nicholas Sanders.
Saunders will be represented by Conor Johnstone of MAJ Law.
The trial will take place on August 28 this year at Chester Magistrates Court.

Saunders was placed on unconditional bail until that date.
At the conclusion of the hearing, DJ Sanders told Saunders that, if convicted after a trial, the starting point for sentencing for such offences would be custody.

Curious to see what excuse that soft blert is gonna come out with for failure to provide, and by going to court and not holding his hands up to this straight away I hope they launch the book at him for wasting time and resources on this self entitled meff,,,

Hope he does time inside. Just another serial drunk driver along with his mate Alan Brazil on talkSPITE.
He genuinely has to be the worst 'pundit' in the media and that is going some!
With what the judge has said he really has no choice but to plead guilty. However, they don't come
much thicker than Saunders. That is for sure.

Inappropriate Language
For me, it makes me laugh how the RS get so excited about the number of times they've won something (eg number 6/19). If Everton won the league, I wouldn't be talking about "number 10" or some [Poor language removed] I'd be celebrating what we've just actually won. Shows that even when they win things they're still obsessed with the past.
