It's pretty much rose water jelly/starch/nuts. It's quite nice with Turkish tea or Turkish coffee as it counteracts the bitterness.

im a big fan, but dred to think of what it actually is ….

the marks and spencer box of it is delightfull… covered in flour , theres way too much of it all over the gaff
