What I will say to the Red Echo reporters and Silva supporters is this:

If he gets next season I expect to see no hypocritical flip flopping if we continue to be poor - if this season is acceptable then he should be given the chance to see out his 3 year contract.

12th this season is acceptable then whats the difference next season? Whats the difference between giving someone 2 or 3 years?

No doubt the hypocrites at the echo will suddenly start asking questions if we are still at this point next season when all they have done this year is throw players under the bus and kept all pressure of Marco and his tactics/stubborness.

I do't think the squad it crap, I think there's 7 or 8 players I'd happily seen in our best starting 11 next year.

Amongst lots of factors, I just think it takes time to get these players used to new ideas whilst he also has to use this time to look at players and see there strengths and if they're any use to us long term.

As much as we all want good results, if ever results were completely irrelevant to the club it's right now. It's far more important that we're in a position to start next season strong and try to put in a challenge to the top 6 and I think the work that we're doing now will allow us to do that.

I don’t see how a manager who has a record of low 30s winning rate will suddenly turn up and challenge the top 6.

Seriously what more could you possibly have to say?!

I know I sound like a kopite here but we have had so many decisions go against us this season, with var these decisions are aguably different:
Jags red card and free kick distance at wolves
Jorginho red card at the bridge
Man u penalty
Arsenal 2nd goal clear offside
Calvert lewin goal against spurs which should have put us 2-0 up
Offside goal at millwall
Offside winner for Newcastle
Obviously there are other decisions which could go against us with VAR but it just puts it into perspective. Next season should be intereting(obviously clutchint at anything here)

Really want silva to succeed and hopefully with a better CF he can.

So after that collapse against Newcastle, how is he going to change it up today?

We must average 3-4 changes each game. Speaks volumes about the manager that.

What do you think being in the Silva out camp entails then?

To be in the Silva Out Camp, you have to post :

He`s a fraud / rubbish / should never have got the job / worst set piece record / won nothing of note / worse than Allaradyce, at least twice on every page, from the hours of 8am to midnight everyday lol

So allerdyce has done better.

BFS got 8th with a crap squad then.

Jesus Christ lads. I’ve literally just explained about 2 posts ago how you’re comparing a league position from one completely different season to this. It’s like saying Martinez did better than Moyes because he got 72 points in a different season to the one where Moyes finished 4th. If Allardyce was managing us this season then 49 points wouldn’t get us 8th would it?

That's not what was said.

It’s not exactly a completely different scenario. It was last season squad. While we have not lost any starter, this club managed to add a couple of good players but somehow we have done far worse than a manager who is disliked by the fans and averaged about 3 shots on target per match.

Where did Wolves finish last season?
