Jury is still out for me, but what was pleasing is that the defence problem is being addressed...the rs had very few chances and we could have perhaps snatched the win at the end. He needs a centre forward and a creative midfield presence to give us the ability to make things happen in the attack. What is not in doubt is the attitude of his team today....they knew the importance even if we couldn't quite get 3 points. We need to keep this intensity going for the last 9 games, play as a team not a collection of individuals.
They had several chances, 3 or 4 that on most other days would have been buried.

Thankfully a mixture of some better defending coupled with them being off the boil meant we got a clean sheet

Was expecting at least one of their chance to hit the net

We had chances too mate.

Draw was a fair result. Which, given where we are and where they are is something to be positive about.

If there’s anything that can be learn from today’s performance, it must be the fact that this team is build for counter attack.

It’s no coincidence our best games this season were played with this style. High tempo, good pressing and fast break. Which is exactly how we play at the start of the season.

Hope Silva stop messing with possession football and get back to what he knows best.

We have been for the better part of 5+ years. The idea that "possession" is the holy grail is just stupid. We can't figure out how to pass to people 5 yards away.
