God that's a grim stat

Shows that if we had the striker we need then the share of goals would win us more matches. We haven't had a striker since Rom left so we know where are priority lies summer.

Awful first half but much better in the 2nd half after Bernard came on. I was even more confident with our defence for a change having Jags there because even though he is slow and out of shape a bit, he was a proper leader and kept them all on their toes. Opposition was crap tbf but got to do the confidence good going into the derby with 3 goals and a clean sheet behind us.

Good night for us and something to build from.

...Gueye demonstrated a creative dimension to his game and did really well to get my MoM ahead of Sigurdsson. Loved Sigurdsson’s finish for the first, real quality.

Despite the noise on here, i’d always play DCL away from home because he stretches the opposition defence. A comfortable win, as I said ‘fume before the game often results in contentment after the game’.

Went for Siggy, but thought Gana, Schneids, Jags and Bernard all decent too.

Hope that we show up in the derby; the RS weren’t up to much against ManUre. Would be nice to put a spanner in their title run-in #bitter.
