We'll all love a shiny new ground. But defo doesn't do it for me (this is like that earlier rendering from about 2 years ago little difference). Very average. Very poor.

Fair enough. No design will please everyone.

My requirements are pretty low, a decent pint and hot running water in the bogs and I’ll be happy.

Looks great, and all this soulless bowl nonsense must stop. It's the 50,000 arl arses inside that make an atmosphere, not concrete and steel. It will give everyone a comfortable experience with a good view, whether that's a good thing with the tosh we regularly get served up, who knows.

But the answer is managing fan’s expectations if it all goes south. That King’s dock stadium image has haunted the club for years.

Yes 51,500 stuck outside because of a turnstyle malfunction and the 500 who have got in are fighting because someones sat in their seat.Everton that.

So the back of the stand where the EVERTON letters can be seen will be the glass section I imagine where you will be looking straight ahead to Liverpool City Centre and the Liver Buildings


I'm not a big fan of the Lettering as it will depend entirely on what font looks best but I'll love the idea of being in the concourse at half time for a pie and pint and being able to see the City in the distance

Edit - I might be wrong actually as it looks like the upper tier overhangs through the glass and I can make out the scoreboard I think.

I'll go back to the renders and have a look again

Double edit - no I was correct the scoreboard will be above the big hole end and if you look closely it looks like the top of the home end will slightly overhang which I think will look great.

I think there's a lot of things to be excited about tbh and I'm genuinely buzzing that we have something to see ( even if it shouldn't have been leaked )

Can't wait to see the final ideas and the look/style of the outside/surrounding areas and the stands
