Loads of great business people have invested millions only to become disillusioned and give up... Ashley case in point.

Mosh could easily do the same. He will seriously hate losing cash hand over fist

Im still waiting for Roman to get bored at Chelsea Frank..................

Hes here for the long haul, hes invested a serious amount of his personal wealth, he aint gonna run the first sign of trouble,

Randy Lerner says hi

Hes not a football fan full stop, hes a money fan.

But he only makes money if we become a success, off and on the pitch.

Newcastle is a prime example, fairly big stadium, Premier League club and Ashley cant sell for 300m, Moshiri doesnt even cover his investment if he sells for 300m. So its very much in his interests that we improve on the pitch.

He didnt invest 250m into making us better if he has no interest in making us better.

That’s not strictly true.

Such is the interest in the Premier League, simply being the owner of a well established PL club opens doors and is very profitable in and of itself.

Us, Southampton, Leicester, West Ham and Newcastle have all made the Deloitte top 20 in the last couple of years.

Of course, I’m sure he’s ambitious and competitive and will demand improvements on the pitch too, but the narrative that we have to break the top six or even the top four for Moshiri to make a tidy profit doesn’t really hold water.

For how long tho?? That's the real question
I think he’s here for the long run , personally.
Ownership of football clubs has always been a vanity hobby for wealthy businessmen.
Of course for us supporters the debates around the ownership of our club is over 30years too late. We should have been enquiring what provisions where being made for our future when the ageing Mr. Moores was still our owner , or at least immediately following his death. It’s far too late now, that horse has bolted and we are where we are.

In truth it's all guess work what moshiri plans really and truly are..

If usmanov does buy a big euro club like Milan.. it will be very very interesting to see what moshiri does...

I should imagine that when Moshiri informed his friend that he wished to purchase Everton, Usmanov paused ,stared at him for a seemingly interminable moment, then expostulated “Are you mad ?!!!!!”
