ECHO Comment: "Fears of Witch-hunt Against Liverpool FC" part 2

Sadly we’re nowhere near that yet. 3 points is still a huge gap when you’ve only lost one game all season. Also I doubt City can maintain a pace behind them so there’ll probably be some yoyoing of the gap anything between 1-6 points for a while. That’s why I think only a full Liverpool meltdown will swing the dial away from them. Until City are sat 6 points ahead of them then could we relax. Based on both sides form though this is unlikely to happen for months. It will be tight unless one side blows up.
It looks after the xmas/new year fixtures that none of the top 3 are playing well right now, March is where the title is won and lost, from what i've been hearing from the likes of Neville, Keown the last few days they say around that time is when the focus is on and going into title push mode.

The likes of Fergie's teams and those Wenger teams you can see what they talk about, in spring they were relentless in the last 10 games of a season in title pushes.

Klopp has to be fined for his comments right?

He has questioned the officials integrity by suggesting he evened up the game in the second half.

So he'll be fined right? Right?...

... won't hold my breath on it happening of course.

Not enough was made of Nuno Espirito Santo being charged for running just slightly inside the pitch toucline when his team best Leicester in the last minute, nowhere near as blatant as Klopp who ended up in the centre circle against us yet got off scott-free, despite the fact it was the same ref for both cases...

They're a truly warped club detached from both reality and common decency.

"I heard our goal was offside, I'm pretty sure the ref knew that," Klopp told BBC Sport after the 1-1 draw.

"In 50-50 situations after that it was always a free-kick for the other team, which was hard and did not make life easy."

Ive actually heard it all now, we didn't win because the ref awarded us an offside goal...life is so unfair!
Violet Elizabeth Klopp.

"I'll scream and I'll scream!"

Klopp is an embarrassment, I love seeing him fume. Can’t wait for us to beat them in the derby and to see Silva running onto the pitch to celebrate. Final nail in the coffin.
You'll be lucky if misery guts uncrosses his arms at a 97th minute own goal as Virge the Dirge's clearance rebounds in off Lovren's ball sack.

The officials were gonna let them have a 2nd offside goal at the end, or is he just angry about 50-50 decisions, ya know the ones that didn't effect the scoreline at all...

Love how ridiculous he's getting, shows the pressure has got to him....which will be passed onto the players...

Funny you should mention form mate as Man City are 2nd and Spurs 3rd in the form table for the last 5 games. Man Utd are 1st on a great run.

The rs are 8th btw

Absolutely agree, I remember City in 13/14 finishing on a brilliant run of form with a load of clutch wins after Liverpool had shot their load too early and already printed the T-shirt’s.

Maybe, just maybe, all of the officials will circle the wagons and start giving the biff the cold shoulder on 50-50 calls.
