go back and look at everything he has said and done.

he hasn't got thew first clue about football yet here he is hiring and firing managers willy nilly..

he should be a silent partner who has no say in anything football related.

there have been far too many owners who have meddled in the playing side of things and got prem teams relegated , we are on course to be the next one.

He now , quite correctly has got Brands as DoF and on the board.
It is his job to sort out this mess. I have confidence that he will.
I still maintain that he performed well over the summer transfer window (remember that nearly everyone did also).
There is no way that it is acceptable for this squad of players to be performing so poorly.
This is down to Silva to get them to perform.
I understand that we are all pi**ed off , but the criticisms of Moshiri are ridiculous.

Heres a fun question: Which players are the same from the last 4 managers?
That's another problem then, little continuity. But there is a mentality problem. I agree Silva has issues just not sure there's a quick fix with this bunch of players their attitudes stink.

Didn't a Watford fan come on here saying Silva absolutely beasts his players in training? Citing that as the reason his teams always fall apart in the 2nd half of the season.

Apart from the terrible zonal defending, could this be a factor as the players still seem to have a good spirit amongst them and it doesn't feel like he's lost the dressing room in terms of effort.

If that was the case someone would of spoken out.

Didn't baines come out and say something about a previous manager

He’s tactically poor, it’s not the players. It’s obvious to the eye, he’s trying things (like copying Klopps legtsode overload) and not knowing how to fully implement it. The players are everywhere, no continuity between them

It’s just Mike Walker all over again, same crap tactics over not knowing what to do and being a rabbit caught in the headlights

Penny for Brands’ thoughts this evening. And I can’t remember which thread it was discussed on, but was a definite decision reached on whether he was involved in Silva’s appointment or not?

Why is the guy who has pumped 300 million into the club the problem, could you explain this to me, I just don’t get it?
if you don't get it, theres no point me trying to explain..

a quick one, would be who has donbe all the decision making since he got here??

yes it all lands on Moshiri's lap

Yeah but Frank, before Moshiri came, we won nothing and we finished 11th, we are still winning nothing and are still 11th, so he hasnt really done anything "wrong" as such, hes just been proper Ev.

You can't really have it both ways tho. Either it's the players from the last 4 managers like you said or there is a continuity issue.
True but I think it's a bit of both mate. We are buying players who lack the fight and desire and any existing ones lack spirit too. We probably needed a harder coach in retrospect but this is a gutless group we haven't fought back this season can't defend set pieces says it all about attitude and lack of leadership.

we aint finishing 11th this season, after blowing all his millions .. he will look in the mirror and think, what the hell am I doing here...

Bull. Spurs got a mid table Manager from Soton and invested far less than us but they seem to be doing well. Spurs were never bigger than us too so there’s no excuse
I disagree. Poch is a one off. What other manager has finished top 4 and had not won anything considerable before? Okay Moyes did but we can't count him.
