If it's true that we're letting him go to Cardiff on loan then that's a terrible decision imo. We don't have many options upfront right now so it makes zero sense to let one go on loan. I could of understood it if we were getting a good offer cash offer but I fail to see any benefit in a loan deal. Cardiff will still more then likely get relegated and he'll no doubt be back here next season for the final year of his contract.

Did you see him against Brighton?

BBC reckon with option to make the move permanent

And that 'option' is the problem. We are going to have a huge number of players back at the club in the summer who we don't want, which will limit summer business.

Looks like Warnock is going to try 4-4-2 with Oumar and Sala - wouldn't surprise me at all if he got a few goals between now and the end of the season.

He's terrible, I get it mate. But what good does it do the club to send him out on loan to a club that will 100% get relegated. We'll be stuck with him again next season anyway. At least if he was still here he can be used as an emergency option if we have a striker crisis (and let's be honest, we're only one injury away from a crisis atm). I just don't see what we gain from him going on loan to a club that will almost certainly not buy him.

This is a terrible piece of business. Not because I want to keep him. But we may as well keep him for depth than loan him.

Just take whatever fee we can get and SELL. Stop faffing about with about 30 players on loan who all will turn up again at finch farm in July looking to milk more wages out of us.

This, even if we only get £2.5m for him just take it ffs!!
