So many posters here who didnt see Kendall when he was first appointed manager nor live through the Walker + Smith + Kendall 3 managerial stints.

The "i want it now" mentality at its finest.

I see how awful the other 13 teams are. I want 7th now it’s not a big ask when I see our squad.

The time for me would have been under Walker...those were dark days...or when we approached Andy Gray...

The forum would have been on meltdown during the nyarko incident...

Let’s hope Silva improves with what he has. Think he will do well when he’s got a better squad to work with - So many grim players on the books at the moment.

All well and good if the manager in-situ had a proven track record of success.

Silva needs to prove that he can be trusted to manage his club to glory, he hasn't shown us anything of the sort.

He'll see the season out, but if a team(s) like: West Ham, Wolves, Bournemouth, Brighton, Watford or Leicester finish above us, then he deserves to be sacked.

This is just bias. ‘When I see our squad’.

All football fans massively overestimate the quality of the teams they support.

I would say West Ham have a better first 11 though. Arnautovic and Anderson are good players.

Yea after seeing the boss splashing £300m plus since he came in. I said 7th not top 4 not even top 6. 7th means finish above the like in Leicester and West Ham and you call me it’s impatient to expect finishing above these lot? Fat Sam got 8th with a weaker squad, sake.

The boss himself said 11th is not good enough which is a good sign. The pressure is on.
