I remember we played them at goodison in the league cup , 95 I think it was. We got beat 4-2 and rightly so we were awful. Some of their fans tho, saying there were obnoxious is being polite. Total lack of self awareness.

If you are going there , prepare for shouts like “dirty scouse scum” by some Al Murray lookalike in a Gola tracky.

Gola tracky , yep you’ve never set foot in south London in your life.

Tbh I like Millwall. They’re a part of the tapestry that makes up football in this country. Yes they’re psychotic, but this tie is already more eventful than if we’d drawn just about anyone else in the championship. They’re a character love them or hate them. They’re like the kid from school that actually went to Jail whilst his whiny scrote of a brother bragging about it is West Ham.

They will use the intimidation as far as they can but are basically sound. The only problem I could see is from the youngsters who attach themselves to the club and turn up when someone worth having a pop at turn up. The police will be all over that though.

Hopefully it goes off without any incident and the tie just has a great atmosphere to it. If the tv companies had any sense they’d televise this over some other ties.

Always been a decent little rivalry when we have played each other in the past. Very like us to be honest, down to earth, working class, local support with bell ends for rivals. They know Everton aren't a Bournemouth, Leicester, Hull happy clapper fan base and the Lids of North Liverpool will give as good as they get. Get the feeling it will draw a fair few old school Everton lads out.

Potential for us to slip up but really should beat them comfortably if we have an ambitions of silverware.

Not a big fan of this draw, 3 away games on the run with 2 of them being a long travel, Southampton, Millwall, Huddersfield. Obviously the cup one is far more important then the other two, least we can rest the main players at Huddersfield

Top tip lads, have a few drinks down Lordship Lane in Dulwich before the match (East Dulwich Tavern would be my recommendation).

Only 10 minutes away on the train but it's a lovely part of London.

You can get the train there easily from either London Bridge or London Victoria.

It’s not long now, we’ll unless you’re a fan.

They’ll be flying to Southampton definitely.
