It's gonna be great when we loan Niasse and McCarthy, only to welcome them, Mirallas, Besic, Bolasie, et al back at the end of the season and struggle to shift them on once again. Rinse and repeat.

Julian Weigl not wanted at Dortmund, seemed like he was going to go on to be a superstar a few years back. Fits Brands' profile and would be great in our midfield as the defensive midfielder with an eye for a pass.

Watching Davies and Morgan in midfield yesterday summed up the position we need to strengthen the most.
Gomes is only on loan and is likely to attract a top side with how he’s playing. Selling Gana would be an absolute disaster as well unless it was for top money.
I’d shift:
Cenk - he could easily re-coup 18-20m in my eyes. We sold Klaassen for £12m!
Niasse - £15m to a Cardiff or similar. He’s ideal for a team trying to stay up.
Morgan - Marseille are having a poor season, weren’t they linked to him before? Or Southampton, that’s easily £15-20m.
McCarthy - cannon him to the moon because he’ll never play 5 games in a row again.
Get Batshuayi on loan with a cheap option to buy - he’s been poor at Valencia but he’s linked to the likes of Palace on loan for cheap. Surely Chelsea and the player himself would prefer playing for us?
Splash out on a quality CM. Naingollan has fallen out with Inter? I was surprised he went there from Roma at all for £20m + Santon.
