Their stadium costs nowhere near over a billion, I'm sure the lads on here can clarify. That figure is the cost of the entire development.

Just because they haven't been released doesn't mean they don't exist. Services Consultancy fees alone probably reached into about £2.5m, then you've got structures, maybe £1.5m, Civils, Transport, Project management, Architects. Its an expensive business.

Easy when 60%+ of orders are for it. I can only imagine at a ground in England it would be less than 15%. Someone is going to get a very warm Guinness.
