I suppose that scenario would solely be based upon the decision that needed making at the time or the vote that needed casting.

But lets take the stadium issue, would you say Kenwright has any say over operations ?

I think he went for who was flavour of the month tbh. Walsh was getting spoken about because of the Kante, Mahrez, and Vardy thing (although it was not actually him that scouted them) and Koeman was looking like he was building something decent at Southampton, and at first he did'nt want to leave them if you remember.

The Chairman of a business isnt that important mate, strange as that sounds. The only thing they have as "power" is a deciding vote if the board is split on a decision.

I get what your saying in a general business sense a lot of Chairmen or Ceo's etc may not be involved until the final say depending of course what the say was.
