The good old echo coming to the RS's defence, and this bit to me says petition at the ready if Klopp gets a ban or a fine.

" There is no consistency. Pep Guardiola escaped punishment for doing something similar when Raheem Sterling scored a late winner for City against Southampton last November. At the time he was simply told by referee Paul Tierney to calm down and no further action was taken."

That article is absolutely all over the place, praises Klopp for all the characteristics he then Slags Mills off for.

Also mad how kopites peddle absolute bull with no qualms whatsoever, they all think Mills said Klopp should be arrested but a caller said if a fan had done it they’d be arrested and he agreed.

It was a stupid thing to do and it's all part of the way Klopp does and says things without thinking of the consequences. Like encouraging his thick fans to give the Man City coach a "welcome", not realising that they are, in fact, thick enough to take what he says as "permission" to attack the coach. In this case I'd be surprised if the Anfield crowd could be actually dragged from their smartphones and invade the pitch, but expect several pubs to be wrecked every time the rs score a goal in homage to their leader :coffee:

OMG, it's started hasn't it. Danny Mills gave an honest, valid opinion about what he saw during a game of football he was paid to comment on. But it wasn't favourable for the cult. Look at them go into overdrive against him now, digging up his past disciplinary record. What next, analysis of all his social media posts. He is definitely in the firing line now.

Can you imagine these people on their death bed trying to look back on their life hoghlights, they'll be gutted when they realise they've wasted half of their life going through random twitter feeds. Their fanbase really needs to get a life outside of football, there's so much more to life.

This is exactly it. If Silva had done, I´d have been fine with it but would be fully expecting some course of action from the FA. You can´t just charge onto the pitch like that as a manager.

Could you imagine the meltdown if Mourinho had done that against them at Old Trafford? The unanimous reaction on here is just a shrug of the shoulders and an acceptance that´s what egomaniacs like Klopp do.
It is like a player taking his shirt off to celebrate a goal - no fans are bothered by it, but they look like an idiot and know they are going to get booked.
But how will the Koptes reconcile it if Utd score a last minute winner and Mourinho runs on to celebrate?

I care about them , I hate them and I hate our frankly appalling record against them and I childishly enjoy their relative lack of success over the last few years . I don’t hide it , no issues with that .

I’ll tell you what for a team that doesn’t matter to them they don’t half seem to be dining out on on beating us in what’s apparently a bang average fixture to them , as we’ve been told time and time again . Whether it’s the manager running on the pitch earning a charge , kopites in your phone or on social media ,the players having a little party or even their wives they deffo seemed to have enjoyed it. Don’t get me wrong if that had happened at the other end in the last minute I’d probably only just be sobering up now and I don’t blame any match going fan whatever their hue for enjoying a last minute win , especially a spawny one . I just have trouble reconciling it with the “you don’t matter to us “ mantra .

Yeahhh that’s the exact double standard the bothers me. You can’t act like you’re more arsed about the European game this week then act like that about this game.

It was obviously important, it was just excuses lined up in case

Ive just realised liverpool could easily be top soon...

City ave chelsea and watford away next two games

Liverpool burnley and bournmouth, no wonder am strugglin to sleep tonite

Klopp reaction reminded me of David Pleats celebration when Luton survived relegation in 82.
Just surprised it meant so much to him.
