Everton managers should be. We are in a trophy drought and here’s a cup that apparently no one is taking seriously but we’re too much of a car crash of a football team that we can barely make it out of the early rounds.

I agree mate, but it`s just what this cup has become, meaningless.

It’s rinse and repeat with Everton managers at the moment. They all play 4231, none of them take cups seriously, none of them can get wins at the top 6, they all struggle with away form, all have produced unbelievable moments of embarrassment, none can sort out the disciplinary record, none can sort out the injury crisis, they all keep buying slow injury prone players, none can improve the attitude of the team. Silva needs to show something in the near future that he is different or he will end up under the bus exactly like the rest.

It's all about clearing the rubbish out like Baines and Jagielka etc and getting his style and first team choice in order.
