Usmanov

Not sure why Kroenke would want to allow Usmanov to invest in a rival that could see his own club decrease in value if Everton started finishing ahead of Arsenal. Unless he is just incredibly vain and wants Arsenal as his own plaything.
It would take an awful lot of investment by Usmanov for Everton to be anywhere near the value of Arsenal, who arguably will continue to increase in wealth.

Thinking about it purely as a business interest, Arsenal already have a large stadium in a relatively affluent area of the capital which draws in large revenue.

They have a large fan base who willing to pay sizeable sums to go, the corporate side which is a huge money maker and a large following nationally/globally.

Kroenke knows he does not have to invest much into Arsenal to keep getting a financial return, the club's value will grow and he will be sitting pretty - it's business.

He isn't coming here - he already has indirect influence via Moshiri.

He'll invest in another prem club like a Newcastle / West Ham or buy a La Liga club / Serie A club imo

It's a control thing.

He can literally do whatever he wants with Arsenal now.
He could before though. Now he owns 100% but before he owned enough that Usmanov had no actual influence. Kroenke had the votes to pass anything he wanted. My guess is that he is doing so from the outside it is abundantly clear who is in charge and to get rid of Usmanov who was always openly critical of him

The sale of his arsenal stakes seems to be happening, but no mention at all of him coming here.

I'm not getting excited. This is too good a thing to happen to Everton
No...of course you are right....But consider... from the moment Morishi got involved in Everton F.C. There was always Strong speculation of him being a sort of advanced guard for Usmanov

Absolutely no point in buying a club outside the Premier League unless you can get Milan/Inter/Roma or Atletico in Spain. Of those only really Milan is viable but they could be in real trouble soon with the shady things they are currently up to

He’s taking full control and hiding Arsenal’s finances in Delaware, America.

Purely a control thing for his plaything.
