Honestly , if I ever meet someone that professes to support Liverpool, I always tell them straight up that I don’t want to talk to them about football, there’s just way too high a chance that they turn out to be a brainwashed idiot. I’ve seen genuinely intelligent people that support that “club” reduced to dribbling messes during football conversations , especially around the time Manchester United surpassed them officially.

But I can’t help but notice , at work , online and pubs around town - that they’ve developed a proper weird, serious and worrying obsession with Jordan Pickford. Wtf is wrong with them? Why Pickford?

I know for a fact that it the police had access to every single one of their PC’s, there would be tens of thousands of arrests around the country. But it’s not as though he’s a looker.

Seeing as they don’t win anything now they only maintain their sense of relevance by how much media attention they can garner. It’s only Henderson who is in the England first 11 so they’re therefore all on board the ‘lets Scapegoat Pickford’ train.
