Well I've been having a leisurely trawl through all the articles on last night's game, and smiling at the indignant (and somewhat unhinged) social media posts....And I'm struck by the sense of entitlement that not only their supporters but certain media reporters display.

Much is being made of Ramos and his challenge yet Robertson's disgraceful contribution is all but ignored.

Also Karius is being used as a very handy scapegoat to mask the fact that yet again when it mattered Klopp's team didn't have a plan B and bottled is as usual.

The gulf in class between Real and that lot was immense, and when you consider just how far behind City they finished this season as well I just struggle to understand this narrative that somehow the RS are somehow unlucky to end this season with nothing.

True story - Friend of a friend was one of those who's flight was cancelled. So he rescheduled and flew Manchester -Amsterdam, then on to Oslo, onto Helsinki and from there to Kiev. First 3 legs all well and good, he then went through boarding at Helsinki 2pm yesterday,boarded the shuttle bus to plane then on route to the plane, the bus turned around. Flight cancelled and he ended up watching the match in the Helsinki branch of RS supporters club ! £1,400 flights + £200 match ticket wasted plus a nights sleep in the airport and buying a return flight home from Finland. My consoling words were " nevermind, think of the air miles

Just shows how much everyone hates them and how much their "everyone's second team" stuff is nonsense

None of the non Liverpool supporting people in my work wanted them to win, and that runs the gambit from Man United to Villa to Stoke to Wolves to Port Vale
