I cannot be anything other than impressed after the last 2 days. After a totally devastating season where my disappointment and anger had turned into apathy and any and all optimism was nothing but a distant memory, Moshiri had been working in the background to rectify the problems and flew in from Monaco yesterday morning. That same day the board restructure was announced, the next morning Allardyce and all of his bottom feeders were sacked and then in the afternoon of the same day Marcel Brands was appointed and Walsh sacked. I am still shell shocked tbh.

Long way to go of course but the statement of intent is impressive and i am once again excited albeit cautiously.

Looking forward to seeing what happens next. Very busy summer coming up and one that so far has the potential to be very satisfying, promising and rewarding.

I will give him one thing, he is fkn savage!

If this was Kenwright they [Poor language removed] twins would still be here in ten years time.

So now that the under performing management team has been sacked...

Half the playing squad should get binned too.

Some of them should never wear the jersey again.

Hopefully Marcel has orders to be as ruthless as Farhad when it comes to players leaving

The reality is, if he/we are indeed ruthless in turning over a huge chuck, we can raise possibly £50m? Add another £50m+ on top and give the new Manager a chance to buy 2 or 3 quality footballers. No more £25m+ spent overpaying for average. Spend £40-£50m each on 3 top footballers. I think that should be our aim every Summer. It will take a few Summers.

It would seem pretty cynical to not be pleased with Mosh for the moment.

Im hoping that Brands has been or will be the most influential voice in deciding our new manager. If Mosh has really decided to have a DoF and change how this club is run, Brands' recommendation should be followed. No more of us getting Billy's flavor of the month for managerial appointments.

this is where the Silva shouts are confusing.

it appears he isn't used to working under a DoF, and isn't aligned with the super agent mino raiola, like brands is.

I thought that was why we were bringing him on board, but I just cant see it working.
